Participation terms

For the early sign-up for Tempoblick.

This is an English translation for your convenience. In case of any difference, the German version prevails. Read the German version
  • Who can take part (DSP owners/ops managers with an active Amazon DSP contract)
  • Selection among the first 10 sign-ups is at the discretion of Tempoblick, based on position, preference and qualification form; no legal entitlement to a particular level, not even when signing up among the first 10
  • What happens if fewer than 10 people sign up or spots are not filled
  • Duration/scope of the perks (in particular "permanent 10% discount": from when, for which contract, what happens on cancellation/re-registration)
  • No entitlement to a cash payment or an exchange of the perks
  • Reference to the privacy policy for the processing of sign-up data and form responses
  • Recourse to the courts is excluded for the selection decision
